The HomeSeer Z-Wave Plus Smart Perimeter Water Leak Sensor has the ability to detect leaks over a larger area than most leak sensors. It has an internal temperature sensor and comes with a 4-foot water sensing cable to cover a much larger area and can be placed along a wall, around a dishwasher or sink area or around a water heater wherever leaks may occur.

  The long water sensor cable can detect leaks at any point along its length and is designed to detect leaks over a large area instead of just one spot to offer 360 degree protection around appliances or string several cables together for complete room protection (up to 150 ft).

• Includes a 4-foot cable

  The 4-foot long water sensing cable detects leaks at any point along its length to cover a much larger area and can be placed along a wall, around a dishwasher or sink area, or wrapped around a water heater or anywhere leaks may occur. 

• Built-In Temperature Sensor

  The advantage of a temperature sensor is that it is able to monitor and report on any fluctuations in temperature, allowing you to detect any issues early on.

• Built-in Buzzer

  You will be able to program a buzzer to sound when a problem is detected, so you can take immediate action.
